Refund policy
Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return a product, even if it is already open. If your dog did not like it, we would rather know.
How to do it
Write to hola@bocadito.co with your order number. We send you a free return label and, once we receive the product, we refund the original payment method within ten business days.
Exceptions
We cannot accept expired products, or products kept outside the storage conditions stated on the packaging.
