Terms and conditions
By buying from this store you accept these terms. We recommend reading them before placing your order.
Orders and prices
Prices include tax. We may cancel an order if we spot an obvious pricing error or if an item is out of stock, and in that case we refund the full amount.
Using the product
Our products are pet food. They do not replace veterinary care: if your animal has a health condition, talk to their vet before changing their diet.
Liability
We are responsible for the product we sell and for its delivery. We are not responsible for uses other than those stated on the packaging.
